East Coast Cross Fit {2nd Annual 31 Heroes Event}

First of all, cross fit is some intense stuff. You guys are all my heroes for doing this. Wow. I felt like I needed to go home and do some sit ups after I left this event. Hats off to each of you! And I certainly felt very whiny for complaining about the giant cramp in my hand from holding my cameras for so long and how much my back hurt from shooting for about 7 hours while watching everyone work their tails off, oops!
